The staff is great. Dr Hill is very personable. Thorough on exactly what you can expect/before/after/during. Always willing to go the extra mile on talking/texting/email. You can contact anytime. The experience is GREAT!!!!!! Love love the results!!!!

I visited Lone Star Plastic Surgery today for my first face BBL treatment for rosacea - what an experience! I’ve never had an esthetician who has been so mindful and thorough as Joy! Joy explains every step in the process, including the “how and why”, as she completes the laser treatment. She’s gentle, conscientious and a delightful person! Joy takes the time to answer questions, no matter how silly. You can tell she is passionate about her job and the level of service she provides. I’d be remiss in not mentioning the rest of the staff. They are so welcoming and sweet! It’s like visiting friends instead of an office visit. Thank you to the whole team at Lone Star for the top notch appointment!

Love Lone Star!! Joy is an absolute joy and will do everything she can to make your skin look fabulous. I’ve been seeing her for well over two years and I can’t recommend her enough to everyone! The office is clean and fresh. Dr. Hill gave me the best lip injections! The look fabulous and natural. Every employee is kind and thoughtful, they remember who you are and things you tell them. I had a HydraFacial a couple weeks ago--my skin looked so much better right after and has continued to improve. I had a couple fine lines, some lower-face drooping, and a LOT of congested pores on my nose. It was so weird to see all the skin debris Joy had extracted and exfoliated. My skin was so smooth and taut right after. I also bought the Skinceuticals CE Ferulic oil and the Skinceuticals Retinol 0.3. I was concerned about how they'd fit in with the anti-aging skin care routine I already had, so Joy googled the products and went over the ingredients for me to make sure. I appreciated that so much! So--I have smoother skin and finer pores than I've had for years, maybe decades. I also think my skin looks more toned and taut. I recommend this facial and Joy very highly. She really went the extra mile to make sure I understood everything that was happening. My skin looks even better than I anticipated--I'll definitely be back!

He listens to your concerns and goes above and beyond Dr. Hill is an amazing doctor, his attention to detail is great. He listens to your concerns and goes above and beyond. Highly recommend going to Joy at the LoneStar Medspa. She is very knowledgeable and has my skin looking fabulous. I am now on a great skin care routine. They offer the Halo treatment, Morpheus 8, skin pen aka microneedling and not to mention I love getting my Hydrafacials. I've had all 4 treatments, amazing experience. Will definitely be coming back. Everyone needs a little Joy in their lives.
