What is Forever Bare BBL?
This light-based treatment uses pulses of energy to heat the hair follicle, inhibiting its growth. The pulsed light energy targets the pigment in the hair follicle without harming the surrounding skin. Targeted hair must be brown or black, but the treatment is suitable for most skin types.

How permanent is laser hair removal?
Forever Bare BBL results are long-lasting, as the hair is damaged at the source. It can remove up to 80% to 90% of hair in the treated area with 5 to 6 treatments—although individual results will vary. Schedule 1 to 2 yearly touch-up treatments to maintain your hair removal results.
What Is Recovery Like After Laser Hair Removal?
Although no downtime is needed after laser hair removal, you may experience some redness for a few hours after the treatment. Be gentle with your skin and avoid skincare products containing retinoids or acids, as they irritate the treated areas and cause discoloration. Stay away from the sun for 1 to 2 weeks, if possible, and use sunscreen with an SPF of 35 or higher if you go outside.
It’s also a good idea to stop wearing makeup for the first 24 hours after your treatment, as your skin will feel sensitive.
When Can I See Results From My Treatment?
You may see results immediately after your treatment, depending on the area and the color and thickness of your hair. Most patients see a reduction of 10 to 25 percent of hair after the first treatment, and those results continue to improve with each subsequent session.
Many people choose to enhance their hair reduction results with other nonsurgical skin treatments, such as SkinPen® microneedling or HydraFacial®, to improve the color, texture, and tone of their now nearly bare skin.
