Our 68 year old female patient came into Lone Star Plastic Surgery with the chief complaint of excessive loose skin and arm laxity from weight loss. 

This patient chose to undergo brachioplasty to address excess skin, fat, and tissue on her upper arms. Her goal was to achieve a slimmer arm contour and feel more comfortable in fitted clothing.
