- Making a small incision in the crease of the breast, just above where the skin connects to the chest wall. This location provides Dr. Hill optimal control during the procedure and conceals the scar along the underside of the breast.
- Using the Keller Funnel™, a technique sometimes called "touchless" breast augmentation because the surgeon doesn't handle the implants as he inserts them. This method greatly reduces the risk of infection that can lead to complications such as capsular contracture.
- Placing implants under the chest muscle at the top of the breasts and behind the center of the lower portion of the breast. This dual-plane technique creates natural-looking results and has the lowest rate of capsular contracture.
